You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

You will:
  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will also execute data collection and data integrity checks
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Senior Finance Manager (or Director)
  • Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers

As Commercial Finance Manager for Colombia & AMEX at Mondelēz International, you will be a critical finance business partner driving performance, commercial insight, and financial decision-making across one of our most dynamic and high-growth markets. Sitting at the intersection of Commercial Finance and FP&A, you will deliver meaningful analysis that shapes strategy, accelerates business growth, and supports the ambition of becoming the global leader in snacking.
This role requires a commercially minded finance professional with a proven track record in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven storytelling. You will harness cloud technologies, Python-based analytics, and advanced financial modeling to elevate how finance creates value at Mondelēz.

You will serve as the strategic finance business partner for Colombia and the broader AMEX cluster, working in close collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regional Finance teams. Your contributions will include:
  • Drive end-to-end financial planning and performance management for Colombia & AMEX, including Annual Contract (AC) planning, rolling forecasts, target-setting, and long-range financial scenarios that align with global strategy.
  • Deliver high-impact commercial finance analysis and decision support - including trade investment evaluation, customer P&L management, promotional effectiveness, pricing analysis, and margin optimization - to enable data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Own financial performance reporting and analysis, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for the Country Finance Manager and senior leadership; present findings with confidence and clarity to a diverse stakeholder audience.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models leveraging Python and cloud-based analytics platforms to automate recurring processes, reduce cycle time, and enhance forecast accuracy across revenue, cost, and working capital.
  • Ensure a robust internal controls and compliance environment within the scope of the role, fully aligned with Mondelēz International's global policies, SOX requirements, and local regulatory standards.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to evaluate business cases, new product launches, and key commercial initiatives, providing proactive financial guidance that balances growth ambition with P&L discipline.
  • Champion continuous improvement across finance processes - identifying automation opportunities, standardizing reporting frameworks, and driving adoption of digital tools to build a more agile and insight-driven Finance function.
  • Collaborate on ad hoc strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by the Senior Finance Director, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the business.
