The Greater Change is a Dubai-based HR consulting and executive search firm. We help businesses across the region build people functions that actually work . We're looking for an HR Coordinator who is organised, hands-on, and ready to work in a fast paced environment.
This role offers flexibility on where you work from home or from a client's office within standard office hours. If you can juggle several client accounts without dropping a ball, keep meticulous records, and roll up your sleeves to get things done, you'll thrive here.
What you'll do
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for employee queries across client accounts
- Run HR operations: records, documentation, leave, contracts, onboarding and offboarding
- Process and maintain payroll accurately across client accounts
- Apply UAE Labour Law correctly in everyday processes (with senior oversight on complex matters)
- Support performance reviews, training coordination and benefits administration (Will be mentored and Coached)
- Keep everything organised, accurate and on time across multiple clients

Requirements
- 2–5 years in an HR operations or coordination role (or a sharp junior ready to learn fast)
- Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law enough to apply it confidently in daily ops
- Strong multitasker who stays calm juggling several client accounts
- Reliable and process-driven things don't slip through with you
- Confident communicator, comfortable with people at all levels
- Proficient in HR systems and MS Office, HRMS and proactive in use of AI.
- Eager to ask, learn and grow.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
