Human Resources Coordinator (Emirati Nationals Only)

About This Role
The HR Coordinator will assist HR Managers with operational HR tasks across Marsh UAE (Dubai). This is an excellent opportunity for a developing HR practitioner to gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle while contributing to high-quality, timely HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR Managers with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, coordination with internal stakeholders (Payroll, IT, Facilities, Hiring Managers), and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
Prepare and update HR documents, letters, forms, and reports as required.
Respond to employee queries and direct requests to the appropriate HR contact or escalate where needed.
Support employee lifecycle activities such as contract changes, personal data updates, internal transfers, and probation tracking.
Coordinate with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and other teams to support HR processes and timely handovers.
Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and employee communications.
Track HR actions, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Support compliance with UAE labor law, internal HR policies, and audit requirements.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
UAE National
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Entry-level to early-career candidates; recent graduates with HR internships or related exposure are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
High attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities, follow established processes, and work collaboratively across teams.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in professional services, or a client-facing HR environment.
Experience or exposure to onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination or employee relations
Familiarity with UAE labor law and local HR compliance requirements.
