Drive new business across exhibitions, trade shows and events in UAE/GCC. Manage full sales cycle, qualify opportunities, build client relationships, collaborate with design and production teams, maintain CRM and forecasts, meet sales targets, represent the company at industry events, and identify repeat and cross-sell opportunities.

Provide executive-level administrative and office management support to the CEO, handle client queries, manage contracts and vendor files, coordinate HR/visa documentation, maintain calendars, draft correspondence and reports, and support insurance operations and portals while liaising with IT and external service providers.

Lead B2B sales for corporate gifting, hospitality and wholesale across UAE/GCC. Manage full sales cycle, develop new accounts, grow retail/wholesale partnerships, drive proposals, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM and forecasts, coordinate delivery with operations and represent the brand at events and trade shows.

Evaluate, authenticate, price, and repurchase gold and silver using XRF, acid tests, and weight verification. Complete KYC/AML/Source-of-Funds documentation, escalate suspicious transactions, support valuation requests, negotiate within pricing guidelines, educate clients, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate transaction processing.

Manage and grow an existing investor portfolio focused on investment-grade precious metals. Provide portfolio reviews, rebalance recommendations, execute transactions, deliver market insights, increase AUM through consultative selling, cross-sell storage and services, and represent the firm at client meetings and events across the GCC.

Perform high-volume outbound calls to qualify and convert prospects into first-time investors in physical gold and silver. Manage CRM records, handle pricing and risk objections, meet monthly activity and revenue targets, and coordinate client handovers to Portfolio Managers.

Lead commercial growth in Dubai by owning revenue targets, building and coaching a high-performing B2B sales team, driving pipeline discipline and forecasting, developing strategic partnerships, improving client acquisition and retention, and delivering predictable, margin-protecting revenue growth.

Lead brand strategy and category management for memory and storage products across GCC and regional markets. Drive product lifecycle, vendor relations, channel development, go-to-market execution, sales growth, P&L management, forecasting, and trade marketing across retail, e‑commerce, distribution, and enterprise channels.
