Drive new business growth across the UAE and GCC exhibitions and events industry. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, conducting consultative meetings, preparing client briefs, coordinating with design and production teams, maintaining CRM records, achieving sales targets, developing existing accounts, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at industry events.

Evaluate, authenticate, price, and repurchase gold and silver using XRF, acid tests, and weight verification. Complete KYC/AML/Source-of-Funds documentation, escalate suspicious transactions, support valuation requests, negotiate within pricing guidelines, educate clients, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate transaction processing.

Perform high-volume outbound calls to qualify and convert prospects into first-time investors in physical gold and silver. Manage CRM records, handle pricing and risk objections, meet monthly activity and revenue targets, and coordinate client handovers to Portfolio Managers.

Manage and grow an existing investor portfolio focused on investment-grade precious metals. Provide portfolio reviews, rebalance recommendations, execute transactions, deliver market insights, increase AUM through consultative selling, cross-sell storage and services, and represent the firm at client meetings and events across the GCC.

Supports the Founder with meetings, follow-ups, research, reports, presentations, business projects, stakeholder coordination, task tracking, and confidential information. Uses ChatGPT and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency, identify automation opportunities, and manage priorities. The role requires strong communication, organization, discretion, problem-solving, and independent execution in a technology-driven business environment.

Produce accurate 2D and 3D AutoCAD technical and shop drawings for bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and joinery. Interpret architectural concepts, calculate dimensions, specify suitable materials and hardware, conduct site measurements, revise drawings, and maintain documentation throughout production. Coordinate with designers, project managers, production teams, and clients to ensure drawings meet specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Manage daily operations of a premium wellness centre in Dubai, leading staff, therapists, practitioners, and support teams. Oversee appointments, bookings, service quality, client relationships, complaints, cleanliness, compliance, revenue, retention, and performance KPIs. Support sales, promotions, events, corporate wellness activities, and operational improvements while maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, practitioners, and business partners. Arabic fluency is mandatory, and UAE experience is preferred.
