Complete KYC/AML/Source-of-Funds documentation, escalate suspicious transactions, support valuation requests, negotiate within pricing guidelines, educate clients, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate transaction processing.

Lead commercial growth in Dubai by owning revenue targets, building and coaching a high-performing B2B sales team, driving pipeline discipline and forecasting, developing strategic partnerships, improving client acquisition and retention, and delivering predictable, margin-protecting revenue growth.

Manage and grow an existing investor portfolio focused on investment-grade precious metals. Provide portfolio reviews, rebalance recommendations, execute transactions, deliver market insights, increase AUM through consultative selling, cross-sell storage and services, and represent the firm at client meetings and events across the GCC.
