Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $26.15 – $32.69, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $26.15 – $39.23.

What You’ll Do:
Responsibilities:
- Produce workforce analytics, reporting, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.
- Ensure HR compliance through records management, audits, vendor governance, job description administration, and regulatory reporting.
- Enhance employee experience and HR operations through data management, process improvements, automation, and employee recognition programs.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of Human Resources experience required, including HRIS, people analytics/reporting, and/or employment law, policy, or HR process support. A combination of HR work experience and education may satisfy this requirement.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or closely related field preferred.
In addition:
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Our Hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
