- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in HR business partnering
- Ability to develop and execute people strategy aligned to business objectives
- Experience with diversity & inclusion, succession planning, learning and skills development
- Experience resolving complex employee relations and trade union (TU) management issues
- Experience supporting HR aspects of disposals, transactions, or working with HR SMEs on restructures
- Experience coordinating HR reporting and administration for a business unit or pillar
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to challenge leadership on people matters
