Primary Responsibilities:
Safety
• Work together with SHA RDE Site leader to Manage and investigate of workplace injury and illness cases.
• Ensure that the Cardinal Rules programs are properly implemented with specific reference to safety to life programs such as Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Live Electrical Working, Confine Space Entry and Working at height and any others as may be relevant to the location.
• Ensure that HSE risk assessments (JSA) are reviewed and updated and that improvements are identified and action taken to address high risk activities, PPE standards review.
• Management of Change (MOC) for SHA RDE Site.
Environmental
• Ensure that Environmental Aspects and Impacts assessments are completed and that control measures are in place.
• Related environmental monitoring and test management
Occupational and Health
• Manage the conduct of all occupational health surveillance and necessary referrals and medicals.
• To support SHA RDE Site for Investigation and Management for ergonomic issues by firstly, engineering controls and secondly, training and information.
HSE Training and Education
• Conduct training needs assessments and develops and implements process for measuring effectiveness of HSE training.
• Coordinate training communication to site personnel related to HSE&R matters.
• Attend HSE Conferences and other Training events.
HSE Compliance and Audit
• Ensure compliance with the relevant National HSE Legislation and Corporate policy.
• Lead all kinds of HSEMS audits (GRC LP, Local GOV, ISOs & Corporate MAT)
• Liaise & co-ordinate any Regulatory, Governmental or Corporate site visits and corrective actions.
• Assist HSE permits management based on HSE regulation requirements.
HSEMS Systems
• Maintain and update the HSE&R Management Systems (site level procedures) based on global HSE processes.
• Be responsible for implementing and maintain Site management systems such as ISO 14001, ISO50001, Corporate HSEMS program, etc.
• Deliver all HSE and energy data to the MST system on time by monthly.
• HSE calendar issues check.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor degree, majoring in safety engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, industry engineering related.
• About 5 Years’ experience preferred in a Health, Safety and environment role within a manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in communications both oral and written with Chinese & English. Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Good team player and communication skills
• HSEMS management and audits experience is preferred
Skills Required

- About five years of experience in a health, safety, and environment role within a manufacturing environment
