HSE Advisor for managing Project and Field Service HSE
We are hiring an Uzbekistan-based HSE Advisor who can support implementing HSE-related programs to eliminate and prevent disease, injury, or environmental issues within the framework of the global HSE standards and local legislations and ensures their effective implementation.
The role is within the Regional HSE Team for Europe and North Asia.
Your responsibilities- Ensure FLS HSE requirements are implemented at the project site.
- Develop and control the project HSE plan and other required HSE documentation such as Work Instructions and Risk Assessments.
- Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plan and Site Induction for the project and arrange evacuation drills.
- Develop relationships of trust with local client site safety professionals and influential decisionmakers and encourage collaborative safety standards and coordination across many parties to influence and improve safety performance site wide.
- Monitor the fulfilment of targeted KPIs for the project and develop appropriate action plans if needed.
- In case of HSE breaches, ensure that proper measures are taken regarding disciplinary sanctions on the project site.
- Liaise with the site management team regarding the implementation of HSE related topics.
- Ensure HSE inspections and site audits are planned and executed.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HSE data, including Incidents, Observations, Environment leakages or events, etc.
- Ensure proper investigations and corrective actions definition for all HSE related incidents at the project sites.
- Support the PM in HSE related customer communication.
- Encourage and contribute to site follow-up HSE meetings.
- Support the site closure with client.
- Comprehensive experience in HSE area. Work experience in the mining industry is a plus.
- Experience with large scale Project management.
- Solid knowledge in local/national HSE regulations and HSE compliance obligations.
- Understanding in 14001 and 45001 standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge about incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Experience in delivering HSE training programs and promoting a safety-oriented culture.
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Full professional proficiency in Russian and English.
