Credit Karma is hiring an experienced University Recruiting Manager to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will manage, mentor, and guide a team of university recruiters through the entire recruiting life cycle while partnering with our leaders to drive world class recruiting practices and strategy for university and early career talent. You will shape and define the direction of Credit Karma’s University Recruiting program, and have an immediate impact upon joining our organization. Some overnight travel should be expected during the academic year.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, drive and own the recruiting strategy to build diverse and high potential intern and new grad cohorts across all Credit Karma locations 
  • Directly manage the university recruiting team to deliver excellent performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and facilitate their professional development
  • Build talent communities at universities and alumni communities internally to accelerate Credit Karma’s brand recognition on campus
  • Own the intern experience from start to finish including delivering offers, on-boarding, off-boarding, immigration coordination and executing programmatic experiences for interns and their managers
  • Build sourcing strategies for different universities and programs to ensure we are reaching a diverse audience of prospective students
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to build and deliver a structured interview experience for all product verticals and functional teams
  • Actively participate in intern program activities to maintain candidate engagement and ultimately increase intern conversion

Minimum Basic Requirements:

  • 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years of experience focused on University Hiring and Intern programs
  • 1+ years of directly managing recruiters

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of success in growing and owning a University program that supports building teams across all functions
  • Experience building and managing a strong talent brand on university campuses that positions Credit Karma as an employer of choice
  • Strong collaboration and experience working with teams on cross-functional projects
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data to make decisions, including tracking and reporting on metrics, goals, and milestones
