Overview
The Talent Ambassador is responsible for supporting the entire recruitment process in order to create a best in class candidate experience. The Talent Ambassador will provide coordination support such as candidate interview scheduling, communication with hiring managers, and support new hire pre-boarding. Will partner with members of the Talent Acquisition and all HR partners to enhance the hiring process while maintaining communication with candidates and provide updates to candidates and hiring managers as they arise. The TA Ambassador will support internal Talent Acquisition programs and projects that will help build candidates pipelines.
Job Description

  • Partner with recruiters to assist with recruiting process such as interview scheduling and communication regarding interview details to candidates and hiring managers
  • Collect hiring manager feedback and input into Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
  • Communicate with candidates and answer questions as they arise
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure successful onboarding of all full time, part time and temporary employees
  • Support recruiters with high volume requisitions
  • Manage communication regarding PennyMac's background check process with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide support for all virtual and onsite job fairs which includes candidate communication, administrative support with requisitions and on campus activities
  • Provide support for company sponsored events including Meet & Greets, on-site interviews, New Hire events
  • Provide reporting and communication support for PennyMac's Employee Referral Program

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in HRIS systems such as iCIMS and Ultipro
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities required
  • Proven to be organized and task-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively by e-mail and phone with internal and external customers
  • Ability to partner with internal partners and external customers
  • Polished and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively provide suggestions and offer solutions in a team environment
  • Excellent Computer skills; Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
