The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is not only able to source and hire top Customer Solutions talent, but also thrives being a business partner who collaborates with leaders to build and execute a hiring strategy. 


As a key representative of Outreach Talent Acquisition, it is also important that you work closely and collaboratively with other Outreach People Operations teams.

About The Team

The Customer Solutions recruiting team is a growing and collaborative group. We not only focus on how we can best partner with the business to hit aggressive hiring goals while focusing on a positive candidate experience, but also how we can share our ideas and refine our craft amongst our team. This addition will be our first hire in our new Atlanta HQ2 and will play an integral role in the greater Outreach-Atlanta office. 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • You’ll own the full cycle recruiting efforts to bring on Customer Success, PreSales, Support and/or Professional Services professionals to Outreach
  • Focusing on creative proactive sourcing (e.g. networking, internet research, cold calling, ect) to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines
  • Screening and championing qualified candidates through the recruitment cycle, focusing on ensuring a positive candidate experience and building relationships with candidates for the future
  • Creating, negotiating and closing candidates against strong and equitable offers with multiple variables
  • Developing relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with leaders to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
  • Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to partner and advise hiring managers on industry best practices and the talent market
  • Tracking metrics to spot successes and opportunities for improvement in the hiring process
  • Helping hiring managers in crafting appealing job descriptions
  • Contribute, partner and support the greater Customer Solutions Recruiting Team when needs arise
  • Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done by employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter with expert-level skills in Sales and PreSales Recruiting and Talent Sourcing
  • Hands-on experience with social media recruiting
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria
  • Experience in formulating a hiring strategy
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent organizational ability

  • Some of the tools we use include Google Suite, Lever, Slack, Asana, Confluence.
