This Senior Human Resources Generalist will provide HR partnership to teams within the S&CD function. Specifically, this position will directly partner with vice presidents and senior leaders in the function.The ideal candidate will utilize knowledge of the HR function to help shape and deliver on the people strategy and standard solutions. This position will partner with HR teammates and business partners across the function.Position Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the vice presidents and senior leaders to integrate and implement priorities
  • Support development and achievement of organization and talent plans, reduce complexities and enhance the value of HR solutions in alignment with our Global Talent Strategy
  • Serve as a HR knowledge expert, consultant, coach and advisor, working to drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and the various functional leaders to understand strategy and talent needs ensuring alignment, reducing redundancy and achieving results
  • Partner with the various S&CD senior leaders and HR teammates to develop and execute strategies and plans such as talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, performance and career development, career life-cycle innovation, and overall employee engagement
  • Support the development and enhancement of a robust employee engagement plan
  • Champion a diverse, service excellence culture characterized by fast, agile, and responsive decision making, and an entrepreneurial, innovative, and engaged mindset

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Berkeley, Missouri. For purposes of team engagement and training, it would be ideal for an applicant to be in proximity of a Boeing location.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Human Resources Certification
  • Workday experience would be advantageous
  • Experience in consulting firms, finance, and/or strategy
  • Motivation to take initiative and act independently to drive efforts to fruition
  • Strong experience navigating in ambiguity in a high pace environment with senior stakeholders
  • Possess strategy foresight with a passion for delivering on strategic efforts
  • Strong decision making skills founded in solid business acumen
  • Experience leading HR initiatives across HR teams
  • Experience developing and driving diversity strategies for leadership teams
  • Experience shaping and driving creative strategies
  • Experience and passion around driving integrated decision making for business partners
  • Experience collaborating with senior business leaders

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience.
