Overview
Responsible for leading a team of recruiters, hiring, coaching, overseeing performance and building relationships with business leaders. Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting in client groups. Utilizes advanced sourcing expertise for difficult searches, and guiding both the recruiters and hiring managers in solutions that support the company hiring goals. Employs advanced relationship-building techniques to recruit for the most difficult-to-fill positions.
Job Description

  • Communicate with clients and entire selection team to understand specs, determine performance factors and guide the selection process
  • Write Boolean searches to mine passive resumes, contact user groups and professional associations, develop new sources, network extensively, seek referrals and develop outreach
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates, administer appropriate assessments, perform reference/background checks, make hiring recommendations and deliver employment offers
  • Develop short list, check references, provide profiles, identify \"hot buttons\"
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential applicants and sources
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including affirmative action plan compliance
  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting on all candidates/jobs/statuses
  • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy
  • Maintain knowledge of recruiting best practices and incorporate into company processes
  • Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to technology or executive search
  • Develop daily discipline to maximize productivity using current technology
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently, and to collaborate/integrate with all areas of Human Resources
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with, educate and guide all levels of management
  • Strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office, internet research and internet search engines
  • Advanced expertise in technical and other sourcing required
  • Ability and willingness to travel, primarily locally, to meet with candidates
