Join Wilhelmsen Global Business Services (GBS) as HR Technology Architect
Location: Norway (Lysaker) | Type: Full-time, Hybrid
GBS is looking for an HR Technology Architect to join our organization to manage our global HR technology portfolio, including Workday.
In this role you will play a key role in supporting the HR & people agenda through the effective use of technology to improve employee experience. This includes operational management of the HR technology portfolio & international support team, as well as strategic direction & implementation of new technologies. The position reports to the Director Workforce Technology in Global Business Services.
What will you work on:
Responsible for management of global HR technology portfolio & architecture
Leadership of internal HR technology support team, located in Europe & Asia
Close collaboration with business units & global process owners on HR & people process design
Optimize employee experience in the delivery of HR services through technology & digitalization
Manage relationships with HR technology vendors on an operational & strategic level
Ensure regulatory compliance & manage risks across HR technology portfolio (e.g. GDPR, cyber security, ESG, human rights etc.)
Support business growth & HR Technology impacts on M&A projects
What you need to be successful in the role:
Global HR Systems / Workday: A track record of implementation &/or operational support of global cloud-based HR systems, with Workday knowledge as a prerequisite
HR Technology & Digitalization: Good market knowledge of HR technology & digitalization and how these can be applied to improve employee experience in the delivery of HR services (e.g. HR portals, automation, AI etc.)
HR & People Processes: Good general understanding of key people processes across the employee lifecycle
People Management: Experience of leading, engaging & motivating international teams across multiple cultures & geographies
Program & Project Management: The ability to manage the improvement program & run complex HR functional & technology projects.
Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management & communication skills towards different types of stakeholders including HR, business leaders, senior executives & external partners
Way of working: Experience with SCRUM and the agile framework
