As an HR Assistant at SwiftX Inc., you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and driving talent acquisition initiatives. This position focuses primarily on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet rapidly evolving hiring needs in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Talent Acquisition & Staffing (Primary Focus)- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
- Partner closely with operations teams to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners.
- Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth new hire integration.
- Track and maintain candidate data within ATS systems.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline conversion) and support reporting.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping accuracy, and basic HR administrative tasks.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as needed..
Requirements
**Qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
· Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
