•As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building our talent pipeline and elevating our human-capital strategy across Talent Acquisition, Talent Development Execution, and Digital HR Innovation.

What you will be doing?

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Talent Acquisition

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units/functions, from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Proactively build and maintain a multi-channel talent sourcing strategy, leveraging job boards, social media, professional networks, industry communities, and employee referrals to secure top-tier candidates.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design effective interview frameworks, and ensure a high-quality, efficient candidate experience.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to continuously optimize hiring outcomes.

• Champion AI-driven recruitment tools and digital sourcing techniques to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.

Employer Branding

• Plan and execute employer branding campaigns across social media, recruitment platforms, and industry activities to elevate Ingram Micro's visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice.

• Develop and maintain a compelling employer brand presence, including optimizing career pages, crafting employer brand content, and producing promotional materials that communicate our culture and employee value proposition.

• Activate and nurture an employee ambassador network, encouraging employees to share authentic work experiences and amplify the employer brand's reach within target talent communities.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to align employer branding with the company's overall brand strategy, ensuring consistent and professional external messaging.

Talent Development

• Coordinate and deliver training and development programs (e.g., onboarding, functional skills workshops, leadership sessions) in collaboration with business leaders, external vendors, and regional/global HR teams.

• Support the rollout of talent development initiatives such as mentorship programs, career pathing tools, and succession planning processes—ensuring smooth execution on the ground.

• Administer learning logistics: schedule sessions, manage enrollment, track attendance, collect feedback, and maintain training records in the LMS.

Digital HR & Innovation

• Actively explore and pilot digital and AI-enabled HR solutions across recruitment, learning, and talent analytics to drive operational excellence.

• Assist in building HR data dashboards and visualizing analytics to support real-time talent insights and evidence-based decision-making.

• Support broader HR digital transformation initiatives by evaluating new tools, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the employee digital experience.

What you will need to succeed?

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Competency:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition within multinational corporations; exposure to employer branding, training coordination, L&D program delivery, or talent development project support is a strong plus.

• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical roles in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated interest or practical experience in digital HR tools, AI-driven recruitment solutions, or HR analytics platforms.

• Fundamental employer branding and communications skills, with familiarity in social media operations and content creation; copywriting and creative capabilities are a plus.

• Capable of using English effectively as a primary working language in a global matrix organization.

• Strong execution and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks and deliver quality outcomes on time.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing sensitive issues discreetly and effectively.

• Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility, integrity, and compliance awareness.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and practical problem-solver with solid project coordination capabilities.

• Comfortable working with data and basic analytics to track progress and support process improvements.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience in multinational corporations
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical roles
