Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and continuous enhancement of HR SSC operations by integrating HR service delivery across selected CoE activities, while driving service quality, process consistency, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, C&B, Learning & Development and other HR stakeholders to support HR program delivery, process transitions, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring strong alignment, timely execution, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Lead and coordinate HR projects and routine standard or non-standard HR initiatives, with accountability for project planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, issue resolution, and successful execution across multiple functions.
- Provide operational support in SSC scope, including learning activities/events, benefits administration, data maintenance and vendor management, while sourcing/coordinating vendors, managing contracts, and supporting commercial discussions where needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools by standardizing workflows, strengthening vendor and service management, and supporting both routine operations and ad hoc HR priorities with flexibility, teamwork, and sound judgment.
- Other tasks/projects assigned by the manager.
Qualification:
- Minimum 8 years of HR/Administrative experience in Multinational Companies. Both HR and Admin background is a plus.
- Strong capability with experience in vendor management, commercial negotiation, event/activity coordination, rich hands-on experience in both routine and non-routine operational matters.
- Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive work progress effectively across different teams and priorities. Good negotiation skills, strong teamwork spirit, service mindset, and the ability to stay organized, flexible, and principled when dealing with ambiguity, conflict, or complex situations. Bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
