Job Summary
Manages and processes HR operations efficiently. Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. Provides support and guidance on payroll-related inquiries.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Coordinates with HR teams and/or vendors to ensure timely and accurate HR supports and payroll processing.
• Ensures compliance with local and international payroll laws and regulations.
• Answers and processes transactional activities according to the defined processes
• Approves, rejects, re-submits or escalates transactions based on policies and guidelines
• Executes processes according to ICS/SOX policies and guidelines
• Performs checks on changes in the system, identifies points of departure and executes necessary corrections
• Delivers sound customer solutions and builds effective relationships with customers
• Contributes to continuous improvement activities in the Center/Global Team
• Uses own knowledge and skills to ‘mentor’ other members of the team to a high standard.
• Files employee-related documentation; maintains employee files and records and supports delivery of reports.
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in HR services or payroll processing, with a focus on employee documentation and transactional activities.
• Certification in payroll administration is highly recommended.
