Air Products Belgium is looking for an HR Specialist who enjoys getting into the details, improving processes, and making HR work smoothly behind the scenes. If you like ownership, and solving real operational challenges in an international environment, this role is for you.
You will take ownership of day-to-day HR administration while supporting employees and managers with more complex questions. You will work closely with the HR Operations and HR Business Partner and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes.
What you will do
Manage HR administration processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, contracts, updates)
Take ownership of complex employee and manager queries, resolving them with accuracy and care
Handle more complex or country-specific HR cases
Ensure HR data is accurate in systems like Workday
Work closely with HR colleagues and the Global Service Center
Support ongoing HR projects, including process improvements and new initiatives
Contribute to activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and new benefits
Help improve the way HR services are delivered
What you bring
~3+ years of experience in HR (Generalist, HR Ops, or HR Advisor)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence in dealing with employees and real-life HR situations
A hands-on mindset: you like getting things done and owning processes
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving how things work
Comfortable working independently in a structured way
Experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
Fluent in English, Dutch and French
Nice to have’s
Experience working in an international environment
