Corporate Legal Officer

Please note that the internal job title for this role is Client Legal Administrator, while the external title used for market purposes is Manager of Legal.
The salary range for this specific role will be €50 000 – €60 000 gross per year.
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework
As a Client Legal Administrator at CSC, you will be part of an international team supporting a diverse portfolio of global clients. You will work in a dynamic, cross-border environment where you contribute to a wide range of corporate governance and entity management matters.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- In this role, you will play an important part in delivering high-quality legal services and supporting the success of our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing and interpreting legal, regulatory, and fiscal documentation related to corporate and private client structures
- Supporting the design, implementation, and ongoing management of corporate and private legal structures and solutions
- Contributing as a key member of the team, strengthening CSC’s reputation as a trusted provider of corporate services
- Managing relationships with clients and prospects in Belgium and internationally, and coordinating with professional intermediaries such as lawyers, notaries, and banks
- Advising on the setup, optimisation, and maintenance of legal structures in line with applicable regulations and business objectives
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Taxation, or a related field.
- You have at least 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate governance, company secretarial services, legal support, corporate services, fiduciary services, financial services, tax advisory, or a similar environment.
- Experience with Belgian corporate law, governance requirements, and legal entity management is considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with board support, statutory filings, corporate housekeeping, and regulatory compliance processes is highly valued.
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French is required.
- You have a strong interest in legal and corporate structures, and are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- You are well-organised, detail-oriented, and discreet, able to work independently and manage priorities in a structured yet client-focused environment. You are motivated by continuous learning and growing responsibility.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Taxation, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years' relevant experience in corporate governance, company secretarial services, legal support, fiduciary or financial services, or tax advisory
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French
