Position Overview:

As the HR & Payroll Support Specialist, you will support the regional HRBP in the day-to-day activities within HR administration, payroll and HR project management.

Type of contract: CDI, CDD, alternance


Key responsibilities:

• HR and Payroll support in cooperation with HRBP

• Operating HR systems and processes

• Cooperation and securing alignment with Payroll team


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support HR administration as per daily operational needs

• Operate in HR systems and programs

• Contribute to effective internal communication.

• Administration support to queries related to payroll and time & attendance (address payroll-related questions to Payroll teams and secure a timely follow up, technical support to T&A system)

• Support payroll process across all countries within scope (providing variable elements in the approved format, clarifying doubts in cooperation with Payroll team)

• Contribute to the successful execution of the payroll migration project in the countries during implementation phase. This may include clarifying the needs, reporting, data verification, etc.

Requirements:

• College or university degree, preferably in HR, Economics.

• 2 years of relevant HR experience and Payroll exposure

• Experience with Payroll software and Payroll practices (France, Belgium, the Netherlands)

• French and English mandatory, Dutch would be an asset

• Workday and SAP experience would be an asset

• Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Location: Cergy (France) with availability to join the team in the office 3 days per week. Alternativelly, you can work remotely if based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or Poland.
