Job Summary
The HR Solutions Services Associate IV serves as the primary expert for Workforce Administration processes, policies, systems, and compliance requirements. This role provides guidance and support to HR Operations teams, drives process improvements, ensures service delivery excellence, and acts as the escalation point for complex employee lifecycle transactions. The HR Solutions Services Associate IV collaborates with client and internal stakeholders, HR leaders, and shared service teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant workforce administration services.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Expertise
- Act as the subject matter expert for Workforce Administration processes across the employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire).
- Provide guidance and support on complex HR transactions, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, organizational changes, promotions, personal data changes and terminations.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for process-related issues and exceptions raised by the client or by the internal team.
- Ensure consistent application of client HR procedures, and governance standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support with the development and maintaining User Guides, contact lists, client documentation/templates, and support with swift refresher trainings as per team needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce administration processes and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
- Identify risks and proactively support the implementation of mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 + years of experience in Workforce Administration, HR Operations, HR Shared Services (Offshore), or a related HR function.
- Advanced knowledge of HR employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Employee Central/ SuccessFactors, SAP, SNOW, HRX, SharePoint.
