As our HR Project Coordinator, you keep our global People projects moving, from larger
transformations to smaller initiatives, and you help our PMO bring structure, energy and follow
through to everything we do.
- You work across the full project lifecycle: research, design, planning, execution and implementation, with a strong focus on change management and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate your own global HR projects and initiatives from start to finish, keeping a clear overview when several run at once, from process improvements to engagement, sustainability and compliance initiatives.
- Take the lead on your own projects and initiatives, keeping everyone aligned and tracking milestones and progress in tools like Jira so stakeholders always know where things stand.
- Take shared ownership of People initiatives that bring colleagues together, like HR information sessions, the quarterly People newsletter, the People Advisory Board and site engagement.
- Turn feedback, data and new market and technology insights into clear, conclusions and recommendations that help us see where the world is heading and decide what to do next.
- Create engaging presentations and run information sessions, sharing outcomes comfortably with colleagues and senior leaders alike.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and bring your own ideas, helping our PMO and the wider People team grow.
You are an organizer at heart: calm when a lot is going on, energized by helping others, and
curious about what the data is telling you. You like bringing order and momentum to projects,
and you are ready to grow into more ownership over time.
You have around 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating cross functional, ideally global,
projects. Exposure to HR is an advantage, and a feel for how HR processes and challenges
work is a real plus.
- You keep your overview when projects run in parallel, structuring tasks and breaking work into clear, trackable actions, and familiarity with tools like Jira is welcome.
- You enjoy working with data: managing it, making sense of it, drawing conclusions and turning your analysis into plans, defining findings clearly so both you and others can act on them.
- You do not need to be an expert analyst, but some experience analyzing data, even a little, is welcome.
- You are a confident, warm communicator who feels at ease in front of a group and adjusts your message for different audiences.
- You bring vision and initiative, and you like to suggest improvements and get things moving rather than wait to be asked.
- You collaborate naturally across cultures and time zones, with direct colleagues based from Eindhoven to Mexico City to Mumbai, while the wider team spans the globe.
It would be ideal if you also had a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Organizational Management,
Business Administration or a related field; some exposure to project management methodologies
such as PRINCE2, where a certification is a plus; or experience supporting technical HR projects
such as an HCM implementation, whether the full HCM or individual modules of it. None of these
are deal breakers, strong and curious candidates are always welcome.
