Product Manager- HERE WeGo team

Team:At HERE WeGo, we bring the best of HERE’s location technology directly to users through our Mobile and Web applications. Our cross-functional team of approximately 20 engineers, designers, and product experts is dedicated to building intuitive and impactful navigation experiences for a global audience via our HERE Wego mobile app for Mobile and Web.

As a Product Manager for HERE WeGo, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product vision for our consumer applications. Your focus will be on delivering high-impact solutions that meet user needs and align with business objectives.You can find out more about HERE Wego on: HERE Wego page 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing the strategy for consumer app products to fulfill overall business goals.
• Defining, implementing, and maintaining a compelling user value proposition.
• Coordinating the efforts to boost product visibility and discoverability.
• Together with the Marketing team, defining and implementing user acquisition strategy and practices.
• Owning and evolving the product roadmap in line with market needs and internal alignment.
• Collaborating closely with design, engineering, QA, and other internal teams to drive delivery.
• Aligning with cross-functional groups, including Automotive, Enterprise, Location Services, Map Content, and more, to realize the product strategy.
• Up to 10% travel required for this role.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

• Several years of experience in managing mobile consumer apps as a Product Manager.

• Strong understanding of the consumer navigation app ecosystem.
• Experience related to key company domains such as personal navigation, micro-mobility, automotive software, and map data.
• A passion for automobiles, both EV and ICE, is reflected in your work or hobbies.
• Expertise in interpreting and leveraging app KPIs and analytics to drive decisions.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail when needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
