Unterstützung des People Operations Managers (m/w/d), der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden zu standardisierten HR-Themen (z. B. Prozesse, Richtlinien, Einzelfragen im Tagesgeschäft)
Klärung und Bearbeitung von personalrelevanten Fragestellungen im Rahmen definierter Handlungsspielräume
Selbstständige Durchführung und Sicherstellung der standardisierten Prozesse im Employee Life Cycle Prozess, insbesondere:
Einstellungen und Onboarding-Prozesse
Versetzungen und Vertragsänderungen
Beförderungen im Rahmen definierter Vorgaben
Austritte und administrative Abwicklung
Erstellung und Pflege von HR-relevanten Dokumentation und Daten in den entsprechenden Systemen
Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von personellen Einzelmaßnahmen (z. B. Versetzungen, Vertragsanpassungen, disziplinarische Maßnahmen)
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von arbeitsrechtlichen Sachverhalten
Abstimmung mit dem zugeordneten HR People Operations Manager (m/w/d) bei komplexeren oder sensiblen Themen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben
Unterstützung bei der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat im Rahmen definierter Prozesse und in Absprache mit dem zugeordneten People Operations Manager (m/w/d)
Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Informationen für mitbestimmungspflichtige Maßnahmen
Teilnahme an Abstimmungen und Terminen mit dem Betriebsrat bei Bedarf
Mitarbeit bei der operativen Umsetzung organisationaler Veränderungen, insbesondere:
Anpassungen von Organisationsstrukturen
Zuordnung von Mitarbeitenden
Umsetzung definierter Maßnahmen aus Reorganisationsprojekten
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung definierter organisatorischer Maßnahmen
Operative Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess, insbesondere:
Koordination von Prozessschritten
Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und Talent Acquisition
Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Talent- und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung standardisierter HR-Prozesse (z. B. Performance Management)
Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von:
Trainingsmaßnahmen
Workshops und Informationsveranstaltungen
HR-Kommunikationsformaten
Weitergabe von Informationen zu HR-Initiativen und Richtlinien
Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von zentralen HR-Initiativen
Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse im eigenen Aufgabenbereich
Anwendung der eingesetzten HR-Systeme und Tools

Qualifications:The following are required for the role
Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches (Fach-)Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Arbeitsrecht oder vergleichbar oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Personalwesen und erster Berufserfahrung in einer operativen HR-Funktion
Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld, People Operations oder Personaladministration
Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie in mitbestimmungsrelevanten Fragestellungen und in HR Administrationsprozessen
Erste Erfahrung in der Anwendung von HR-Prozessen und -Systemen
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen parallel zu koordinieren und Prioritäten zu setzen
Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Bereitschaft, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und zu optimieren
Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch sowie professionelles Auftreten auf allen Hierachieebenen
