We are currently looking for an experienced leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, can inspire the team of 17 talented colleagues, drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role is part of People Services and reports to People Experience Lead, CEE located in Poland.
About of the role
As People Experience Team Lead you will primarily manage delivery of core HR services (from hire to retire) in our eight manufacturing facilities located in Poland and Lithuania, ensuring efficient and employee-centric HR operations for direct production employees and line managers. As part of manufacturing team, you will also liaise with local People Leads (HRBPs) regarding PE contribution to local lean manufacturing programs that relate to organizational & capability topics.
Success criteria for the role are defined as: Being a Talent Maker and Talent Magnet for HR team, successful talent attraction campaigns for production employees, and self-service adoption in the plants.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring the team of Plant People Experience Advisors (HR Coordinators) ensuring high-quality service delivery for employees and learning opportunities for the team. Driving the future-fit organization by intentional management of team's future-proof capabilities.
- Overseeing execution and excellence of core HR processes for direct production employees and line managers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Ensuring accurate maintenance of HR data. Managing consistency across locations.
- Identifying opportunities to simplify/automate core HR processes and systems (Workday and ServiceNow), driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and employee experience. Liaising with regional and global functions for execution of improvements.
- Acts as a key interface ("bridge") between the People Services and business. Keep the knowledge base up to date (in ServiceNow) for an efficient self-service. Leads continuous improvement meetings (Squads) to ensure exchange of information between business and People Services and identify service improvement areas.
- Partnering with People Leads (HRBPs), line managers and other stakeholders to address HR-related inquiries. Promoting the self-service HR operating model and seeking the right balance between efficient service delivery and tailored employee experience.
- Supports local/regional/global initiatives for manufacturing population e.g., annual engagement survey.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations ideally within shared service delivery model, with a track record of leading teams.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (Workday and ServiceNow) and being comfort with data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders in highly matrix organization.
- Strong capability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions within HR Operations through project management.
- Managing well in ambiguity and resolving conflicting priorities or grey area tasks ownerships with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Fluency in English. Additional language will be an asset.
