The HR Operations Specialist will be a pivotal member of the HR team, responsible for both strategic and operational HR functions within PG Indonesia Healthcare. This role will primarily focus on managing the end-to-end hiring process for Medical Representative positions, encompassing employer branding and campus activation initiatives. Additionally, the specialist will provide comprehensive support for day-to-day HR operations.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Internal Communications: Support the development and delivery of internal communications related to HR initiatives, company news, and employee engagement programs.
- Town Hall Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company town halls and other internal employee engagement events.
- HR Payroll Operations: Support the preparation in executing HR Payroll Operations for the Healthcare organization
- Employee Inquiry Resolution: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general HR-related questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Ad-hoc HR Projects: Participate in and support various ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.
Hiring & Talent Acquisition Support
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Medical Representative positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a timely and effective hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement innovative employer branding strategies specifically tailored to attract top-tier Medical Representative talent in the healthcare industry.
- Campus Activations: Plan, organize, and execute impactful campus recruitment events, career fairs, and university partnerships to build a strong talent pipeline for Medical Representative roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, internal databases) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment and HR operations, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly for field-based sales roles.
- Demonstrated experience in employer branding and organizing campus recruitment activities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret HR data and reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-driven, and a team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
