At P&G, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an HR Operations & Market Excellence Specialist to help deliver exceptional employee experiences while ensuring our HR operations remain accurate, compliant, and efficient.
This role plays a critical part in delivering payroll, benefits, statutory compliance, and employee support services, while partnering with local, regional, and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage statutory insurance administration and coordinate with relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements.
Support personal income tax reporting and compliance activities for employees in accordance with applicable legislation.
Coordinate employee benefits administration and support payroll operations in partnership with the Manila Service Centre and other internal stakeholders.
Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR operations, benefits, payroll, and statutory matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Identify, recommend, and support the implementation of process improvements and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Partner with internal teams and external service providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of HR services.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any Business Course (Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management) or Math/HR operations processing related Course
2-4 years of experience on HR operations, payroll, benefits, employment tax and statutory insurance
Strong operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
A proactive, independent, and customer-oriented mindset.
The ability to work effectively in a multicultural and changing environment.
A willingness to learn new processes, systems, and applications.
Strong digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft applications and productivity tools.
Knowledge of Workday and/or SAP systems.
