Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: This position is onsite in Irvine, CA.
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $110,000-125,000 per year based on experience, qualifications, and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, document incidents, and launch employee surveys to enhance culture and morale.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, monitor employee attendance, address absenteeism patterns, and prepare mandatory reports like EEO-1 and CalOSHA.
- Oversee open enrollment, resolve employee benefit issues, coordinate with brokers and carriers, and ensure timely benefits enrollment for new hires.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement performance review processes, document disciplinary actions, and manage performance evaluations for both sales and non-sales teams.
- Manage leave requests, ensure compliance with FMLA/CFRA, track leave statuses, and maintain accurate reporting in the HRIS.
- Create reports on attendance, turnover, retention, performance, and other ad hoc metrics to support leadership decision-making.
- Manage receptionists and HR team members, provide training, and ensure efficient front desk operations on multiple floors.
- Address HR deficiencies, resolve issues promptly, and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the department’s success.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
The Human Resources Manager must have the following experiences:
- 10+ years of experience working in the human resources field (required).
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. (UKG is a plus!)
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and legal regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (plus).
- HRCI or SHRM certifications are highly preferred but not required.
