We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
- Provide support in HR administrative tasks (documentation, filing, reports)
- Help prepare HR reports and presentations
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate when needed
- Assist with internal communication and HR projects
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Previous internship or experience in HR or administration
- Familiarity with HR systems or tools
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
