Manage key accounts and perform technical sales for actuators and instrument accessories, develop indirect distributor channels, and pursue new direct sales opportunities in petrochemical and shipbuilding industries. Requires regional travel and 3-5 years related experience.

Manage APAC trade compliance and regional import/export operations. Lead HTS analysts, ensure correct classification, advise on customs regulations, perform audits, resolve broker/forwarder issues, monitor KPIs, and improve trade compliance procedures.

Lead supplier qualification, development and audits in India to ensure supplier processes meet Rotork standards. Drive supplier improvement via SPC, PPAP, NDE and metallurgical testing, support new part development (DFM), report supplier metrics, resolve quality issues, and support category cost, quality and sustainability goals.

Lead and execute Australia-specific D365 implementations: develop detailed implementation and cutover plans, coordinate cross-functional site readiness, manage risks/RAID, align central programme with local teams, oversee go-live, early life support and post-go-live stabilization, and track implementation KPIs.

Lead a small quality team to embed robust quality processes, manage customer issues and returns, run root-cause analysis (8D/DMAIC), lead audits, drive KPIs and data-driven improvements, support NPI, and reduce cost of poor quality across manufacturing operations.

Lead multidisciplinary design and engineering teams to deliver products from concept through validation, industrialisation, and launch. Define product strategies, ensure regulatory and manufacturing feasibility, manage multiple projects to timelines and budgets, and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer and business objectives.

Serve as Finance SME for Dynamics 365 deployment: align entities to global blueprint, lead change management and superusers, support data migration/ETL, coordinate finance cutover, testing, training, go-live, and maintain global implementation toolkits.

Lead strategic sourcing for electrical/electronic components, C-parts and indirect materials. Develop category strategies, manage suppliers, drive cost reduction and localization, support NPIs with R&D/Engineering, ensure compliance, and report supplier and market performance to leadership.

Support mechanical design and documentation for pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Create and update 2D drawings and 3D CAD models, assess design feasibility, collaborate with Sales, Production and Quality, improve product configurations, ensure manufacturability and safety, and contribute to design improvements and standardisation.

Lead and execute D365 site deployments across Benelux and France, developing implementation and cutover plans, coordinating cross-functional readiness, managing site risks and governance, supporting change management, and ensuring post-go-live stabilization and KPIs.

Coordinate supplier ESG and compliance programs including self-assessments, conflict minerals reporting, ESG risk assessments, Scope 3 CO₂ reporting, and monthly sanctions checks. Work with global factories, sales subsidiaries, supplier development, and quality engineers while using data and collaboration tools to consolidate and report supplier compliance metrics.

Provide 2nd-line application support: diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve escalated incidents, manage updates and security patches, communicate with users, maintain ticket records, run operational checks, perform root-cause analysis, and work with development/infrastructure teams to maintain system availability and recommend long-term solutions.

Support the Financial Controller with statutory and local financial reporting, audit coordination, control remediation, fixed asset impairment input, tax compliance, asset tagging, and local payment execution while advising stakeholders on accounting implications.

Provide technical sales support by handling inbound/outbound enquiries, creating accurate quotations and specifications, conducting product demonstrations, managing CRM pipeline, collaborating with engineering and operations to ensure order fulfilment, and meeting sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships.
