Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance records through biometricl systems
- Monitor in-time, out-time, late coming, early going, and absenteeism
- Manage and update shift schedules, weekly offs, and rotations
- Process leave records (CL/SL/PL),
- Coordinate with department heads for attendance regularization
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports
- Support payroll preparation by sharing accurate attendance/OT data
- Handle gate passes, muster rolls, and statutory registers

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of time office procedures
- Understanding of labor laws related to attendance & working hours
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
- Experience with biometric(pereferabally Netcomm system) & HRMS systems
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and discipline

Skills Required
- Graduate in any stream
- MBA in Human Resources

- Experience with biometric attendance systems, preferably Netcomm
- Experience with HRMS systems
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and discipline
- Good coordination and communication skills
