Responsibilities:- Support full-cycle recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Administer employee benefits and address routine employee inquiries.
- Provide support with employee relations and general HR administrative functions.
- Contribute to HR initiatives, including engagement programs and company events.
