Partners with business leaders and managers on people strategy, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, team design, capacity planning, and organizational effectiveness. Owns HR initiatives end to end, identifies employee experience and team challenges, develops scalable solutions, improves hiring processes, and aligns people programs with business priorities.

Requirements

Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives.

Experience or exposure to recruitment and stakeholder management.

Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.

Ability to build and implement HR initiatives from scratch.

Bias for action and ability to move quickly from idea to execution.

Ability to balance employee-centric thinking with business objectives.
