Cessna Lifeline is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience while helping the organization attract, retain, and develop top talent.



Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Prepare offer letters, joining documentation, and employee records.
  • Support employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Support employee wellness, recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Help address employee queries and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate celebrations, events, and team-building activities.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data.
  • Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred, but optional. 

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Experience in healthcare or service industries is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
