The Opportunity: The Hospitality Services Associate is a vital member of the on-site team responsible for delivering a warm, personalized, and luxury-level experience to Homeowner Members, International Members, Prospects, and Guests. This front-line role supports the execution of the Experience Journey, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects five-star service standards and that all needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care.


Duties and Functions

Guest Service & Experience Delivery

  • Greet Members and Guests with a polished, welcoming presence.
  • Assist with arrivals, departures, and in-stay needs to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Personalize interactions by learning guest preferences and anticipating needs.

Daily Operations Support

  • Execute tasks related to guest itineraries including activity coordination, transportation arrangements, and special requests.
  • Deliver guest amenities, assist with luggage, and provide directions or information as needed.
  • Maintain thorough communication with the Hospitality Services team regarding guest status and service updates.

Club Standards & Presentation

  • Monitor assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and luxury-level presentation.
  • Report any maintenance or housekeeping needs promptly to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with readiness checks of accommodations and amenities before guest arrival.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with other departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Transportation to deliver seamless service.
  • Follow direction from supervisors and managers while contributing to a team-focused culture.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Club, always representing the brand with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications Standards

  • Previous experience in guest services, luxury hospitality, or a service-focused environment preferred.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Comfortable using basic technology and hospitality service tools.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
