Who You Are

You are a motivated exceptional financial services professional who is passionate about supporting key initiatives in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do

  • Prospecting of strategic HNW clients for EFG Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Ltd and its custodian centers within his/her respective assigned region.
  • Management of client relationships focusing on investment advisory/execution and discretionary services.
  • Processing of securities trading orders and cross-checking for investment suitability.
  • Ensuring Scorecard is at a 100%
  • Ensuring adequate funding to cover Client account transaction activity.
  • Analyzing portfolio positions, investment maturities, dividend payments, coupon receipts and attending to corporate actions.
  • Maintaining the integrity of booked credit transactions, ensuring proper Lending Value ratios, coverage of overdrafts etc.
  • Continuously review client accounts and related investment and transaction activity to ensure alignment with the unit’s compliance requirements and division’s General Directives.
  • Interacting with clients to service investment needs, detect complaints and escalate to Management as appropriate.
  • Meet in person with Clients traveling to assigned region.
  • Tracking of client portfolio investment performance.
  • Preparing new business forecast reports and tracks current business pipeline progress.

What You’ll Need

  • Managing a book of HNWI and UHNWI clients with total AUM > USD 250Mi.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Registration at the Securities Commission of Bahamas, Canadian registration or similar registration required.

  • Solid understanding of investment products, financial market fundamentals, account management and administration.

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of work experience in Private Banking, Broker/Dealer or related field.

  • High level of interpersonal skills.

  • Strong Compliance conviction.
