Supervises Homeowner Services Representatives and Residential Technicians, ensuring efficient inspections, reporting, billing, inventory control, contracted services, and member communications. Coordinates arrivals, departures, maintenance follow-up, purchasing, and departmental collaboration while enforcing procedures and coaching team members. Supports service excellence, operational efficiency, and homeowner and guest needs in a fast-paced private club environment.

Serves as the primary representative for assigned homes, ensuring properties are clean, secure, inspected, inventoried, and guest-ready. Coordinates housekeeping, technician, and departmental services; tracks punch-list items and deficiencies through resolution; conducts home orientations, arrival and departure meetings, wellness checks, and damage reporting; and supports homeowners, guests, and team members while maintaining club standards.

Plan, execute, and host Member events and activations per club SOPs. Coordinate with department heads, manage RSVPs and BEOs, support marketing and post-event analysis, maintain supplies, and lead weekly programming and pool programming when needed.

Provide front-line luxury guest service at a private club: greet and assist members and guests, manage arrivals/departures and itineraries, coordinate with departments, maintain presentation standards, report maintenance/housekeeping needs, and support seamless, personalized five-star experiences.

Lead on-site execution of five-star guest experience journeys, supervise hospitality associates, coordinate cross-departmental service delivery, resolve guest issues, maintain luxury presentation standards, and support reporting and metrics for the Director of Hospitality Operations.

Coordinate timely, accurate food delivery between kitchen and dining room, inspect plate presentation, manage ticket times and special requests, assist plating/garnishes, maintain expediting area organization, and communicate with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service.

Provide polished, personalized front-line guest service for members and guests, assist with arrivals/departures, coordinate activities and transportation, maintain luxury presentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless stays.

Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure timely, accurate food delivery; prioritize and inspect orders for presentation and accuracy; verify special requests/allergies; monitor ticket times; assist plating/garnishing; track garnish/condiment inventory; maintain expediting area cleanliness; act as liaison for kitchen, servers, and management.
