Perform dishwashing and sanitization duties, maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, remove trash, assist with receiving and basic prep, follow safety protocols, and report maintenance issues to support efficient culinary operations.

Serve as primary home representative for assigned portfolio: inspect homes, coordinate housekeeping and technicians, manage inventories and punch-lists, conduct orientations and wellness checks, communicate with members and departments, and ensure homes meet club and owner standards.

Lead on-site execution of five-star guest experience journeys, supervise hospitality associates, coordinate cross-departmental service delivery, resolve guest issues, maintain luxury presentation standards, and support reporting and metrics for the Director of Hospitality Operations.

Coordinate timely, accurate food delivery between kitchen and dining room, inspect plate presentation, manage ticket times and special requests, assist plating/garnishes, maintain expediting area organization, and communicate with servers and kitchen to ensure smooth service.

Provide front-line luxury guest service at a private club: greet and assist members and guests, manage arrivals/departures and itineraries, coordinate with departments, maintain presentation standards, report maintenance/housekeeping needs, and support seamless, personalized five-star experiences.

Provide polished, personalized front-line guest service for members and guests, assist with arrivals/departures, coordinate activities and transportation, maintain luxury presentation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless stays.

Lead onsite marketing, social media, content creation, and member communications for the Club. Produce photography/videography, manage owned channels, support sales and events marketing, coordinate with corporate marketing, and drive community and PR initiatives to increase member engagement and revenue.
