Our client is a company specialized in industrial gases, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Lead the monthly WD4 financial performance preparation for Asia HQ, ensuring the timely delivery of comprehensive analyses covering sales, cost and FTE, balance sheet, and capital expenditure.
- Develop profitability analyses by customer and product line to support pricing strategies and margin enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor Sales KPIs, including CRM performance indicators, new contract signings, and customer satisfaction, while ensuring regular updates and communication with Sales Managers.
- Lead the annual MSP budgeting process for all Vietnam entities, including three entities and one joint venture.
- Act as the country lead for Risk and ESG KPI reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in data flows, accounting policies, and the accuracy of cost and revenue bookings to enhance P&L visibility and forecasting quality.
- Build financial models, including IRR analyses, for new business opportunities such as new factories, key customer projects, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by strengthening data connectivity across key information systems, including ERP, CRM, TMS, E-contract platforms, and others, to improve automation and digitalization.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or other relevant disciplines.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Controlling, or Business Strategy within medium to large-scale international organizations.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is an advantage.
- Industry Background: Prior experience working for multinational corporations in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Leadership: Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Strategic Execution: Proven ability to solve problems and manage complex execution with a strategic mindset.
- Personal Attributes: Responsible, proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
