Your role:

  • Proactively identify and attract top talent globally for critical and niche roles.
    Build and manage a strong network of professional contacts and market intelligence.
  • Partner closely with the People & Culture team and department leaders to design long-term hiring strategies.
  • Act as a true ambassador of Nexo, representing the company as an employer of choice in the digital finance industry.

  • Proven experience as a headhunter/recruitment consultant, ideally with a focus on tech and/or financial roles.
  • Solid track record in direct sourcing (headhunting, executive search, networking).

  • Drive and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards and strong impact.
