About the role
The role is responsible for leading and executing strategies that drive the development of employee skills, performance, and career growth throughout the employee life cycle. This includes fostering a culture of high engagement, continuous innovation, and learning within the organization. The position also involves managing talent management initiatives with a particular focus on career development and talent mobility, both within the company and across global operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the growth of a skilled, agile workforce.
What you will do
- Able to operate and understand HR Spectrum for:
- Learning Framework from design, delivery, and evaluation
- People Experience: managing culture, engagement survey, onboarding, people innovation and improvement
- Community Experience: managing engagement activities and partnership
- Talent Management: establish talent management framework from hiring up to talent development and talent acceleration program
What you will need
- At least 10 years of experience in the HR domain
- Show good leadership in managing big team members
- Heavy experience and exposure in Organization Development and Talent Management
- Practice in People Partner would be an advantage
- Able to think strategically and make a concept/framework to present to BOD level
- Good analytical skills to identify the root cause and come up with structured problem-solving/solution
- Good negotiation and communication to manage multi-stakeholders across business units and countries.
