Job Description
The People Business Partner (BP) plays a crucial role in aligning People strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organization. Serving as a strategic consultant to business leaders, the People BP focuses on fostering a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. By understanding the unique needs of business, the People BP collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and implement People solutions that drive performance, enhance employee satisfaction, and support the achievement of business goals.
1) Strategic Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and goals. Develop HR strategies and solutions that align with the overall business objectives.
2) Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Conduct thorough investigations and resolve conflicts effectively.
3) Talent Management: Lead the talent acquisition process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
4) Performance Management: Design and implement performance review procedures to assess employee performance and development needs. Provide support and guidance to managers in conducting performance evaluations.
5) Compliance: Stay updated on legal regulations and industry best practices. Ensure all HR processes and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
6) Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the HR team to develop programs and policies that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in HR-related discipline with min 8 years of relevant experience
- Proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilience and drive to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong stakeholder management with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be adaptable, self-motivated, diligent, responsive, responsible, accountable and resilient
