Looking for a creatively ambitious, super collaborative and energising social creative leader.

Help us take our social content to new heights for the LEGO Brand

Step into a newly created leadership role where you'll craft world-class social first and influencer content for one of the most iconic brands in the world. Bring your creative vision, cultural insight, and platform expertise to drive impactful storytelling and experiences across social platforms leading a dedicated team at an exciting time for the LEGO Brand.

Core Responsibilities  

  • Lead, drive and deliver outstanding quality global social first – organic, always on and reactive content for the LEGO Brand.

  • Lead and develop the global influencer strategy, plan and implementation program (that connects to broader UGC program).

  • Be a brilliant creative partner to the Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) social team including the new VP of Social, who set the overall objectives and strategy for our channels.

  • Lead and develop a cross functional team – in content strategy planning, creative, operations including production and influencer. 

  • Drive alliance of social content and influencer programs with the broader campaign briefs and teams across Our LEGO Agency (OLA) and Entertainment Partners and Content team (EPC).  

  • As a key new member of OLA Leadership Team, bring expertise and thought leadership on social content trends, platform content expertise, as well to the broader organisation.

  • Drive partnership with specialist external agency partners who help us to deliver outstanding content and ideas for our social channels.

This is a new senior creative leadership position, that will take charge of our creative content and influencer work within Our LEGO Agency. It is a key partner to the newly created VP Social role in DCE and will be focused on driving the quality and impact of our social content and Influencer product. It supports our ambitious marketing goals fuelled by a focus on creative excellence – with a focus on owned and earned channels.

  • Significant experience in leading social creative and influencer teams within creative agencies or on the brand side, with a shown ability to deliver high-impact, culturally relevant work. 

  • A strong strategic and creative background, with deep expertise in developing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including working with creators and understanding platform nuances. 

  • A strong connection to youth culture and emerging social trends, with the ability to translate cultural insights into significant content strategies.

  • An impactful leadership style—able to influence senior stakeholders while fostering inclusive, cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, operations, and influencer subject areas. 

  • Experience building agile and responsive teams that can implement quickly and effectively in fast-moving digital environments. 

  • A track record of strategic and creative excellence in social and influencer campaigns, with recognition through industry awards or standout results. 

  • Someone who is culture-forward and thrives on challenging the status quo, driving innovation, and championing new ways of thinking. 

  • A values-led approach that includes a strong awareness of digital responsibility, especially regarding child safety, and a commitment to fostering a safe and positive online environment.
