Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is entering an exciting next phase of growth and industrial maturity - and Quality leadership is at the heart of it. As Head of Quality, you will be the end-to-end owner of quality performance across the entire product lifecycle (PLC), from strategy to execution. This is a leadership position built around system ownership, data-driven decision-making, and real business impact. You will build and lead a high-performing global Quality organization that acts as both a trusted partner and a confident challenger. EAS quality covers supplier quality, product quality (finished good) over the full lifecycle from development till phaseout and is a matrix organization to our quality units in our inhouse manufacturing sites. It contains also environmental and organizational health accountability in specific locations. Roles are based globally, mainly in Germany, Romania, Mexico, India and China.
What success looks like
Clear accountability across the PLC, measurable quality improvements, reduced firefighting, and a respected Quality organization acting as both partner and challenger.
Key responsibilities
  • Own and continuously evolve the EAS Quality strategy across product lifecycle.
  • Define and enforce clear roles, responsibilities, and decision rights across interfaces.
  • Establish a future-ready AI-driven Quality management system based on data
  • Lead strategic supplier quality and development initiatives.
  • Drive alignment and effectiveness in customer claim management.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing global Quality organization.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable management system standards in a pragmatic manner.

Required experience and profile
  • Master's degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • Senior leadership experience in Quality, Operations, or similar end-to-end roles.
  • Strong experience across product, supplier, and manufacturing quality.
  • Ability to lead in complex, matrix organizations.
  • Fact-based and data driven mindset with strong know-how in statistics and data analytics
  • Resilient leader willing to challenge when quality is at risk.
  • Fluency in business English, coupled with a willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
