Profit & Loss Management:
Own and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership position.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale marketing campaigns and brand
transformations.
Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and consumer behavior.
Proven expertise in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and business development.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
