To better serve our teams and customers in Southern Europe and Benelux, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Business Value and Strategy
About The Role
Working closely with leadership in a highly cross functional environment, this new role will be instrumental in both shaping how business value is put at the center of the sales process and scaling the localised businesses across Southern Europe.
This will include, but is not limited to:
- Be a cornerstone of the SLG at scale approach by placing value selling, ROI, multi-product, and AI at the heart of customer approaches as pillars of growth for monday in the region.Play a pivotal role in the SLG at scale strategy. Focus on value selling, ROI, multi-product solutions, and AI to drive growth for Monday in the region. These will be the core pillars of our customer engagement.
- Champion and embed an enterprise value-selling approach, ensuring customer strategic priorities are at the heart of every engagement.
- Directly support the largest, most strategic opportunities as first step, to then build, lead, and in the future mentor a regional Business Value team.
- Partner with GTM, Product, and Partnerships teams to design and launch localized business strategies and teams.
- Continuously improve sales processes (e.g., forecasting, pipeline management) in collaboration with country heads and Strategy & Operations, driving consistent overachievement of targets.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and operational excellence across countries, ensuring rapid adoption of best practices.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the General Manager, leading cross-functional initiatives and establishing governance frameworks for regional growth.
Requirements
Your experience and skills
- 10+ years’ experience, ideally combining top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with B2B SaaS leadership in sales, value engineering, or customer strategy roles.
- You have a deep experience in consultative selling, business case development, and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- You have exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts and influencing executive stakeholders.
- You’re equal parts strategist and doer: you can define the vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
- You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and know how to get things done across teams.

- Fluency in both French and English is required; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian) is a plus.
- Please note that this is a position based in the Paris office at least 3 days a week, with potential travel.
