Please note: This position requires 4-5 days in the office (Monday-Thursday) and work from home on Fridays.

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Workplace Coordinator to help manage and elevate the day-to-day experience of our Paris office.

This role is critical to ensuring our workspace runs efficiently, feels welcoming, and supports employee productivity and wellbeing.

You’ll be the go-to person for office operations - from managing vendors and supplies to supporting events and maintaining a high-functioning, safe environment.


About The Role
  • Oversee daily office operations, including setup, cleanliness, maintenance, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate logistics such as shipping, mail handling, deliveries, and meeting room arrangements.
  • Collaborate with departments (IT, People Experience, etc.) to ensure smooth workplace operations.
  • Manage workplace experience by greeting visitors, supporting employees, and assisting with onboarding.
  • Plan and coordinate internal events, wellness initiatives, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain safety, security, and compliance protocols, including emergency and health procedures.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar workplace, operations, or facilities role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Service-minded, hands-on, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable with office technology (printers, AV, visitor systems)
  • Experience working in a high-tech, fast-paced environment is a plus
