About the Role
We are searching for a contact GTM Recruiter to join our team at Figment to run a full recruiting life cycle. You will work closely with hiring teams and managers with a focus on Sales and Marketing functions. If you’re someone who can run multiple searches on the go with efficiency and organization, and thrives in a fast paced environment, let’s chat! This is a contract position.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Partner with GTM team hiring managers across multiple departments to set a road map and hiring plan for your active positions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for a high volume workload and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
- Create and update job descriptions as needed and maintain a clean ATS
- Work with our Recruiting Coordinator in maintaining a strong line of communication regarding scheduling and moving candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and agencies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced high growth environment hiring for but not limited to GTM, Marketing & Product
- Past success hiring in a fast paced environment, 1 year of in-house experience
- Experience with direct recruitment
- Experience sourcing, recruiting and building an enterprise sales team is a must
- Prior experience working in Blockchain / Crypto or knowledge of the space is required
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a huge plus
- A background using behavioral interviewing techniques to provide a best in class high touch candidate experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Able to prioritize work, pivot as necessary and meet deadlines
- Have the freedom of the framework to get creative to find top talent
- Be an amazing story teller and all around good person
- Experience recruiting on a global scale

Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $45 - $70 per hour. The US base salary range for this position is USD $45 - $70 per hour.
