This role owns the analytical engine behind growth:

• Data parsing & pipelines

• Dashboards & reporting

• Funnel analysis

• Insight & hypothesis generation

• The growth team always knows what's working, what's not, and why

• Every channel, cohort, and funnel step is measured accurately

• Hypotheses that could grow reach and revenue are surfaced constantly

• Decisions are made on data, not gut feeling

You are the person who turns raw data into growth.

• Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources: product, marketing, and payments.

• Own ETL processes.

• Build and maintain dashboards the growth team will use daily.

• Analyze the full funnel, from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention, and revenue, and find where we're suboptimal.

• Reconcile numbers across Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.

• Constantly look for insights: anomalies, patterns, and opportunities.

• Generate and prioritize hypotheses that could increase our reach and revenue.

• Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations: visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.

• Flag inconsistencies, broken tracking, or incorrect assumptions early, and drive fixes.

• Answer the team's data questions fast, so growth managers can move without waiting.

• Help design experiments and measure their results honestly.

• Automate repetitive workflows:

  • Data collection

  • Reporting

  • Dashboard refreshes

• Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, Python, APIs, or scripts – we use AI heavily, so resourcefulness beats syntax.

• Reduce manual work and increase reliability as volume scales.

We’re looking for a high-agency analyst.

You should have:

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.

• Python at entry level is fine – we use AI heavily, resourcefulness matters more than syntax.

• Understanding of ETL processes and how data moves between systems.

• Ability to visualize data for humans: clear, decision-ready charts.

• An always-on instinct for insights.

• Resourcefulness, responsibility, and an ownership mindset: you get things done.

• Clear written and spoken English, B2+ level.

Backgrounds that often do well:

• Data or marketing analytics with strong execution bias

• Growth Ops / BizOps people

• Early startup analysts who built reporting from scratch
