We’re seeking an analytical and creative builder to lead execution for Growth’s technical initiatives across marketing channels, lifecycle communications, and experimentation. Reporting to the Associate Director, Growth Analytics, you will be the hands‑on owner who turns strategy into shipped systems. You will partner closely with channel leads, Data, Engineering, and Product to translate open-ended problems into scoped deliverables, iterate quickly, and raise the bar of the systems you build through testing, monitoring, and collaboration.

You’re someone who takes  pride in developing tools, processes, and frameworks that unlock your colleagues to better leverage data to generate insights, build models, operationalize data, and more. Your work will encompass designing and operating privacy‑preserving measurement, elevating CRM data quality, building data models that power decision‑making, and integrating third‑party platforms into our warehouses and activation paths with strong governance. You’ll identify and prioritize technical opportunities, shape how we invest in Growth systems, and set the standards for quality, velocity, and impact across our stack.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with Growth leadership to shape data-driven strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and profitability
  • Build classification, heuristic, or scoring models that help prioritize creatives, offers, or audiences for acquisition and retention
  • Lead delivery of lightweight AI agents & scoring services from conception to production
  • Develop and maintain robust marketing data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and scalability to support various business needs
  • Work closely with our CRM team & tech partners to ensure the availability, quality, and accessibility of data required for email eventing and analytics
  • Automate channel ops (naming conventions, bulk formatting, asset metadata, audit checks) with scripts/jobs
  • Stand up monitors and add observability (freshness, volume, null rates, join keys) for Growth eventing/data pipelines and document handoffs for non‑technical users

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Science with a track record of shipping production-grade data systems for marketing or CRM
  • Expert-level SQL skills
  • Knowledge of Python and associated analytics libraries (Pandas, etc.)
  • Experience with dbt (or equivalent), Git, and an orchestrator (Airflow/Prefect)
  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical aptitude, and numerical dexterity
  • Demonstrated track record of project ownership

Bonus Points:

  • Healthcare/regulated environment experience and consent-aware data flows; familiarity with privacy-safe attribution concepts
  • Experience with CDPs like Segment
  • Practical ML/AI skills (NLP/CV classification, LLM prompting/guardrails)
  • Experience with product event/attribute tracking design and implementation processes — partnering with product and engineering personnel
  • Clear communication and a system-builder mindset; comfortable scoping ambiguous problems into iterative roadmaps
  • We are open to data analysts / data engineers with demonstrable interest and project experience who are looking to make the transition to Growth Analytics.

We've Got You Covered:

  • Full medical, dental, and vision insurance + OneMedical membership
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible PTO
  • Wellbeing + Learning & Growth reimbursements
  • Paid parental leave + Fertility benefits
  • Pet insurance
  • Student loan refinancing
  • Virtual resources for mindfulness, counseling, and fitness

We welcome qualified candidates of all races, creeds, genders, and sexuality to apply.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $144,500 to $170,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
